Escape to tranquility at our unique home, once a sacred Japanese shrine, now a private sanctuary nestled by the peaceful Pilchuck River. This one-of-a-kind property offers a serene and spiritual ambiance. Inside, you'll enjoy spacious accommodations with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and a completely upgraded kitchen. Our Japanese Tatami room is an add on as the 4th bedroom for $50/guest/night. Max guest: 6 with 3 bedrooms. Two more guests can be added as $50/guest

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Separate over-the-garage apartment in wooded, yet bright area. This is the ideal spot to stay in the Arlington/Smokey Point area. Lot is large, quiet, and private, but only 5 minutes from all amenities and I-5. Apartment is stylish and comfortable, created with guests in mind. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV while lounging on the comfy couch or feel free to walk outside among the trees and enjoying the natural pond. You will find the apartment to be extraordinarily clean and comfy.

The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

Perched high on a granite ledge, you will find this cabin overlooking a rushing river that weaves its way through the dense, lush forest of the North Cascade mountains. The Alpaca Farm Retreat

The Alpaca Retreat is located on 100 acres of private farm and forest land with sweeping views of Port Susan and Mt. Rainier. The newly renovated 3600 sq. foot house, spaciously accommodates up to 10 people and is located just 5 minutes from Stanwood. The location is quiet and relaxing with no visible neighbors. For active leisure, there is a basketball hoop, a pickleball court, a ping pong table, and best of all, the viewing of very cute alpacas!

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Puget Sound View Cabin + Beach Access

Enjoy amazing western views across the Saratoga Passage from our gorgeous, custom built two bedroom cabin. Camano Island is an easy drive from Seattle or Vancouver, but feels remote. Our modern cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, but large enough for 4 guests. The cabin sits high above a stunning, sandy beach - just a short walk or drive away. Quiet and private, with unobstructed views, the cabin is a true retreat!

Waterfront Oasis with Beach Access & Yoga Studio

This two-bedroom sanctuary blends modern design and comfort with uninterrupted natural beauty. The large picture windows and expansive deck allow views from all angles to enjoy the water, sunsets, mountains, and great for whale watching.
