Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our beautiful early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky. Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.
