Das Haus wurde 2025 äußerst geschmackvoll saniert und verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohnbereich mit SAT-TV, ein Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder. Ein Bad ist im Erdgeschoß, ein weiteres Bad sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoß des Hauses. Durch das hintere Schlafzimmer haben Sie einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse. We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
