Twisted Oak Cabin with breathtaking views

This cozy cabin with million dollar views is a great place for families and couples to unplug and relax while sitting on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the national forest, stars and city lights. You'll probably see a deer below the deck. We get lots of birds and squirrels at our feeder. Full kitchen, deck grill, comfortable sectional sofa, queen air mattress, 2 twin mattresses. We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for 1 vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

Whiskey Row's Greenhouse

Come fall in LOVE with Whiskey Row's Greenhouse. This unique home is one block from Whiskey Row, only a short walk to all your favorite restaurants, bars and shops downtown! This one bedroom one bath was fully renovated to perfection. (an additional guest or kids can sleep on the couch if needed). The front yard is completely fenced which makes it perfect of kids and pets. You will love spending your evenings around the outside fire pit! Come check out what Prescott has to offer!!

John Riordan House Built in 1898 Vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012.
