The apartment offers a wonderful view of the Istrian landscape and forest which reaches all the way to the sea and has a large cured garden, surrounded with olive and other trees and allows green therapy. The area offers many cycling routes and hiking trails and the sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Nearby are beautiful coastal cities like Koper, Izola-fishing town, Piran, Portorož also Trieste and Venezia-Venice , Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula... Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
