Your family will love time spent here in this modern/rustic camp right on the water. Less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown Greenville where you can visit and shop, enjoy a lunch or dinner on the water at one of the local restaurants, or grab your own grocery’s and more at Indian Hill where they have all of your needs. Small or large families welcome, very comfortable and spacious. We have an All season property for you to enjoy all outdoor activities and more. Our place is yours to enjoy.

Moosehead Lake, Trail Access, Hot Tub, Beach, ACs!

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

1st floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville w/ direct ATV & snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren't out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this studio apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don't worry about parking since you're a walk away!

WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more! Cottage 1 is a two bedroom, one bath cottage that has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed in the secondary bedroom. This cottage is perfect for a group of 4. Comes with complementary coffee and sundries. Please refer to the aerial view of the cottages, to see associated cottage numbers.
