We're Alex and Jamie, and we'd like to warmly welcome you to our lovely home. We live in a very quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. During your stay, you'll have access to our back patio and a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor offers a cozy lounge area, a half bathroom, and a large master bedroom. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed and a USB charger. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

Important: A few bad apples spoiled it for the bunch. Please read our house rules before booking and share them with your travel companions. This self-contained, cozy little studio is located on the second floor (need to climb stairs) of a grand home in the Parkside neighborhood. Private entrance, bath (5' x 5'), and kitchenette (6' x 8'), this studio is the perfect space for short visit to our beautiful region. (bedroom area is 12' x 12')
