Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

The 560 sq ft studio has a king size bed and sleeper sofa, two private decks, and a kitchenette with sink and fridge and lots of ways to make coffee. Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to downtown. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.
