Our house is a Victorian farmhouse on a quiet side street, an easy walk to town w/ shops & restaurants. There are 6 rooms, (max.3 to a room)3 w/private baths, 3 w/shared baths. Each has a coffee pot & toaster. Mini fridge, microwave, & tea pot in entryway. Within a mile are restaurants with breakfast, lunch or dinner. Large porch has rocking chairs. Our area is known for hiking, biking, nordic & alpine skiing. Sugarloaf Mtn is 17 miles away with all of that, plus a golf course & zip lines.

Baker House B&B - Sunflower Room

Farmhouse style home in residential neighborhood. Room is on street side of house, light traffic. Small room with full bed, closet, drawer space. Full access to entire house. Walking distance to restaurants, library, historical society, & municipal rec area (with tennis & basketball courts). Ext security cameras. Great place to relax, also centrally located & close to white-water rafting. Out the door access to ITS-87. PLEASE NOTE: NO T-Mobile cell coverage in area, AT&T and Verizon spotty.

Baker House B&B - Goldenrod Room

1890s Farmhouse style home has character. Modern kitchen & downstairs bath, rest of house has period details & mix of antiques & newer pieces. Hardwood floors throughout. Comfy beds with plenty of quilts & old-fashioned wool blankets. Old books to peruse or pull out the Scrabble game! Step back into the past - Netflix and flatscreen TV available, plus a good selection of movies. Wifi, too. Ext security cameras. PLEASE NOTE: limited cell phone reception - AT&T & TMobile = NO reception!

The Game Room at The Brewster Inn B&B

You’ll feel like you’re spending the night in a Swiss chalet! Truly a grand room with king size bed and comfortable seating in front of the cozy fireplace. Our family inspired Game Room delights guests of all ages with its generous size and rustic charm. The table seats four and works well for games, late night snacking or morning coffee. Extra guests and/or children are accommodated with a comfy antique 3/4 iron bed. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower.
