Steps outside the maritime village of SW Harbor with semi-private ocean access, seaglass beach, dock, firepit, and a short walk to all village amenities: the town pier, local bars, restaurants with live outdoor music overlooking the marina, & a private charter on a wooden Friendship sloop.

Enjoy Acadia National Park within the Park in a private lakefront cabin, large deck, dock, offshore swim float, canoe, kayaks, charcoal grill, fire pit, indoor & outdoor hot showers. Studio with loft, kitchen, and bathroom on Echo Lake in Acadia. Sleeps 5 (KING loft, QUEEN convertible couch, and SINGLE fold-out twin bed). Camping approach: PACK-IN/PACK-OUT everything incl. garbage. You must bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, towels & paper products. Lake Views, Sunsets and Loons abound!

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
