This beautiful cottage sits just 1 mile outside Mount Gretna in the small neighborhood of Cabin Point. It features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Family Room, living room, a well stocked kitchen, an office/den and a wrap around porch. An accessible and open floor plan is great for larger groups as well as small! Easy access to Mount Gretna's famous attractions including The Lake and Beach, Playhouse, Jigger Shop - and numerous hiking and biking trails. Close to Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Find time to enjoy all that the area has to offer or just rest and take in the surroundings! We have trails in the woods nearby and around our meadow that lies in front of the farmhouse. The historic charm of the original two story farmhouse has been restored while still allowing for modern bathrooms and kitchen space. There is a first floor master suite with en suite bath for those who want to avoid the old staircase. Come and enjoy.

Treehouse at Fairview Farms

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the third floor of the Historic Firehouse. The "Upper Room" boasts an open floor plan, with two bedrooms. The bathroom includes a walk in shower, a cast iron soaking tub and a double vanity. Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. We are walking distance to Lebanon Valley College, 20 minutes to Hershey attractions and 10 minutes south of I81. Other local attractions include antique shopping, Fort Indiantown Gap, In the Net Sports Complex, Klick Lewis Arena.

Hill View Home

This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

This efficiency apartment is part of a 19th century home in historic Marietta, PA. The apartment has it's own private entrance so it is completely separate from our actual house. We are right in the heart of historic Marietta, PA. Enjoy the historic architecture of an old train town and unique and vibrant bars/restaurants that Marietta has to offer. Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.

A perfect location to stay! You will be minutes from Hershey and a short drive to Harrisburg, Lancaster and Lititz. Located on route 322 makes it fast and easy to get around. You are in walking distance to laundromat, Brass Rail beverage and restaurant, Sopranos Pizza and Restaurant, Rising Sun restaurant and Bar, Annie's ice cream, A & M pizza, and post office. Grocery store , Chinese restaurant, nail salon, subway subs, and Bank are a short drive around the corner.

Farm Country Getaway

Relax in this newly-renovated apartment bordered by cornfields. This property offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to Hershey (30 min.), Lancaster (40 min.), Harrisburg (30 min.) and Mt. Gretna (10 min.). Please note: My family lives above the apartment. We aim to be quiet when we have guests, but you may hear sounds of small feet, small voices, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to a family allergy.

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
