The home is close to downtown Austin and 6th St, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks nearby. To Rainey Street & downtown: walk or bike on the hike and bike trail or along popular Holly Street. If you're up for a little adventure, you can get downtown / Congress Bridge by kayak (25 min depending on wind) Ride Sharing: Ride Austin, Fasten, Fare, Wings Bike Rental: Green Frog (weekly, daily); Red Bike stands Bus: #17 bus to the convention center; #22 goes cross town to Mopac Walking distance from Rainey Street, Cesar Chavez, East 6th Street, and just over a mile to downtown & the convention center This is our beautiful, newly built home. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

This private (detached) apartment is a little piece of heaven with it's own private yard where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, birdwatch and sometimes even catch a glimpse of the neighborhood herd of deer. This is an ideal location - just 15 minutes into Austin proper and an easy daytrip to the beautiful Texas hill country. Come for time in Austin or make it a home base as you explore the hill country!

Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

It's within walking distance of Zilker Park, Greenbelt, ACL, and all the fun restaurants and venues that South Austin has to offer like Alamo Drafthouse, Saxon Pub, Loro, Odd Duck and Snooze. The casita is a warm, inviting, and private. Perfect for the busy individual or couple wanting to rest easily while visiting the city. The queen bed features a new Leesa Legend 12" Hybrid Mattress Medium Firm.

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
