Quiet cottage with accomodation for 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and screened in porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking for 3 cars. Dog friendly.

The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.

Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

This 3 bed/2 bath single family, one level home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a desirable residential community and is located just 1.5 miles from the heart of Bethany Beach and boardwalk. This is a great place to retreat from the town center hustle and bustle, and yet still convenient to Bethany Beach, restaurants and shopping. We include use of a Delaware State park pass for free access to the Delaware State Park beaches.
