Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

First floor has a living area, full kitchen with gas range/oven, fridge, breakfast bar, bedroom with king size bed, & full bath. Second floor has a bedroom with queen size bed, & full bath. The apartment is attached to our home via a covered corridor that is locked from within the AirBnb.
