This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water and close to Harris landing, Twin rivers, Break on the lake, and the 'sandbar'. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would love to have you (NO EVENTS/PARTIES!)

Perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing while watching the best sunsets by the fire pit. We offer so much with your stay, you will not want to leave. This is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of that nine to five life. We are minutes away from boat ramps, restaurants, and grocery stores.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. 10 Mile View on Lake Murray w/ Dock and Ramp

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
