Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Welcome to The Hidden Haven, nestled in the heart of the Enchanted Mountains of WNY, just outside of EVL, NY. If you're looking to stay close to town, but outside the chaos, this is the place. It's less than 10 min, almost a straight shot, to town and the slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont. This apartment is hidden in the barn of an old dairy farm, adjacent to the main house. You'll be able to enjoy your own quiet hideout as well as the scenic drive through the valley on your way to town.

1 bedroom apartment on 1st floor with full kitchen and bath. Queen bed & sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4. Walking distance to Downtown Jamestown. Easy access to NY State Land Snowmobile trails! Great location for hunters,Snowmobilers, cross country skiers, hikers, kayakers and all outdoor enthusiasts! Near Cassadaga Lake.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.
