NO PARKING ON GRASS, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Parties/big events are prohibited/not allowed. The back part of the property has stables with horses and is off limits so please DO NOT go near them.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
