Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview ~ A beautiful hideaway in central Hobart.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Mountain view retreat, 12 min drive to Hobart CBD

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

Stunning sunrises and moon rises over the water. Nestled in nature with wildlife on the front lawns, yet just a hop, skip, and jump away from vibrant coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Experience floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch across two stories, a loft-style bedroom, and a luxurious bath.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Just a short 10-minute drive from Hobart, the location seamlessly blends city convenience with the tranquility of the mountain.

The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

In the morning, walk a beautiful beach located just minutes away. The all hours self check-in takes the stress out of arriving late.
