Built in 1900, the Harbor Office emerged when the city’s canals could no longer handle the thriving industry and intense shipping traffic of the late 19th century, prompting the creation of the Laakhaven. Behalve 2 bedden vind je er een tafel met 2 stoelen, een waterkoker en alle benodigdheden om koffie en thee te zetten. Bij mooi weer kun je ontbijten in de tuin, óf je neemt 't mee naar 't strand! Met ingang van het seizoen van 2021 hebben wij een nieuwe, volledig ingerichte keuken/ontbijtruimte op de begane grond!

Middenin het Groene Hart, in buurtgemeenschap de Tempel, ligt de heesterkwekerij en tevens sinds juni 2023; Bed & Breakfast Casa di Templo.  In Casa di Templo geniet je van de landelijke omgeving met de dorps kerk aan de horizon, de fluitende vogeltjes die langs vliegen, de kwakende kikkers in de sloot, koeien die in het weiland grazen en de kippen in de tuin die 's ochtends verse eitjes leggen. Het ontbijt kan je er los bijboeken.
