We offer modern Scandinavian decor, the convenience of smart locks, window blinds, robot vacuum, lighting, and High speed WIFi up to 1 GBPS! Also a 4k UHD 50 inch TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, and Disney Plus. 2 King Gel Memory Foam 14-Inch hypoallergenic Mattresses. And a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker for expressos, americanos, or other milk creations!

The newly renovated one bedroom apartment (that can accommodate up to 5 guests) above the detached garage at Artisan Studios provides a lovely guesthouse retreat. Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.

Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

All the comforts of home and walking distance to the boardwalk and beach! Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Games, puzzles, and kids books for entertainment. Washer and dryer free in unit. Open concept living, very clean and comfortable. Sit on the front porch to enjoy the bay view and salt air. Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

Take the train to this charming two-bedroom cottage, a three-minute walk from Manayunk Station. If you want to drive, there is free street parking and a nearby lot with free parking. Spend time strolling Main Street, discovering countless eateries, & hiking on trails. Commercial License #890 819. Renters License - 903966.

Daily rates thru 2/28 $120, 3/1-14 $135 + $60 cleaning fee. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs
