This beautiful Backyard Cottage resides behind a newly renovated Dutch Colonial. Its stylish and modern décor harmonizes seamlessly with its minimalistic furnishing. This quaint and cozy space is clean & simple. It's central location puts you close to hospitals, restaurants and mass transit. It features new hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting and access to a shared patio. It offers free Wi-Fi, refrigerated air and a full kitchen complete with range and refrigerator. Sorry no pets!

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Perfect for relaxation.

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
