There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

This beautiful brick lakeside house has a guest suite located lower level, fully private with its own enterance. separated from the upper level that is also occasionally rented out. Relax away from busy life style. The decor is urban with natural palette that makes you feel home away from home. Enjoy a cup of coffee or wine looking outside or being outdoors catching sunsets over the lake. All bedding is luxury with updated furniture.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
