One of the living rooms has 2 fold out twin beds. 7 person hot tub! patio furniture as well. This cabin gives you the privacy you need yet the comforts of being 5 mins from a grocery store. Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
