This a completely separate 1 bedroom unit connected to a larger home. The place is freshly remodeled with a living room, bedroom, and a full bathroom! The place includes Delonghi espresso maker, fridge, and a microwave! The bedroom includes a very comfy king size Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress!

It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.
