1 floor below the Penthouse level is the 53rd Floor Strip View. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026. Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

A drive down the famous Las Vegas Strip will inevitably drop you off at the doorstep of Manor Suites, just 2 miles South of Mandalay Bay.
