We are close to all shopping areas and great food cuisines. We follow all rules of NYC short rental guidelines. The host lives in the apartment which is shared with guest, no doors are locked. This is 10 minutes from JFK airport, 25 minutes from LaGuardia airport, 15 minutes away from Resorts World Casino, 10 minutes from Green Acres Mall, 35 minutes drive to Time Square, 11 minutes to UBS Arena, and about 6 minutes to Five Towns Shopping Center. Walking distance from grocery stores and a supermarket. There is a bus that runs 24/7. I will be available during your stay for any issues.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
