Bali in Bouldin is a Tulum-inspired retreat in one of Austin's most walkable neighborhoods, minutes from Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and South Congress. Designed by an interior designer and Airbnb Luxe Superhost, this three-bedroom home blends earth tones, woven textures, and natural materials into a calm indoor-outdoor sanctuary. The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.
