This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

It has a big yard yet is only a 5-min ride to downtown. Three bedrooms (K, Q, Twin) and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. Fountain Bungalow is both comfortable and stylish. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. Woolery Mill, RCA park and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is Switchyard Park, with free EV charging for four hours. We might NOT be able to answer questions AFTER 11PM EDT.
