Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Part of the Marriott resort with all amenities. Centrally located, walk to Heavenly gondola, the Casino corridor, Heavenly village shops and restaurants, only blocks from the beach.
