Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. The beach retreat is found just a few steps away from Stavros' famous beaches, and next to the cafes and restaurants of the village. Although it is situated in the middle of the village, that place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The house is naturally cooled by the thick stone walls of the main building and the openings that bring in the summer breeze. It is found very close to Chania International Airport.
