All the comforts of home with central heat/AC and 3 stage water filtration system. Outdoor space includes a spacious dock, covered gazebo, smart TV, and hot tub. Pet friendly, air conditioned, comfortable cabin on spectacular wooded property. Private fish pond (catch and release). Miles of trails. Million dollar view. Privacy. Glittering stars! (Dark Sky area.) Hiking, wildlife viewing, birding, X-country skiing. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 wooded acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Bring the whole family-lots of room for fun. 3 main bedrooms each with a view of the lake! 3 with adjoining deck! Decks and porches galore! The trip down to the cottage is well worth it! Fully equipped kitchen for all meal prep needs. Please note- we are continually trying to update/remodel. New a/c and heating system, and 1st fl sliding doors/windows. New 1/2 ba. Much more to come. Also 76 stair steps down to cottage from the road but elevator for all your belongings helps!

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

VISIONS ON KEUKA -NEW DOCK, Outdoor shower -Waterfront cottage -1/2 mile from Downtown Hammondsport -3 bed/2 bath (Sleeps 8 W/ 1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunks & Loft with Twin/Full) -12 wineries/breweries in 10 mile radius & great restaurants! -40+ stairs from the road to the house. -Parking is limited. -There is a $325 cleaning/septic fee. If you have more then 6 people and pets you must contact host first b/c there are additional fees ($50/person per day & $50 dog/per-day)

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.
