The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Located abowe Portoroz, only 1 km from citycentre and 2 km from Piran city. New, fully equipped little house, which has everything you need on your vacation. A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Saxida 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bungalow Vineyard View

Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saxida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. Purchase of excellent wines from our vineyards also possible.

Unique wooden holiday house in nature

The windmill is a unique wooden house in nature. It is surrounded by organic apple trees. The mill is located in the heart of Slovenia, 2 km from the highway and only 25 km from Ljubljana, so it is an excellent starting point for trips to the surrounding area and Slovenia. 4 guests at a time and pets are welcome in the mill. The mill has electricity and drinking water. We have free parking for several cars at the site. We are extremely flexible with arrival times and available for more info.

Cute vacation house surrounded by green area

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
