This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Set in a lovely 3 acre garden setting, our Airbnb is 1/4 mile from the lake and 23 minutes from Dartmouth College or the Ski-way. This private, comfortable apartment is built onto our house with its own entrance, hardwood floors, radiant heat, large windows, full kitchen and bath, & gorgeous garden views. Cozy converted artists’ studio, tucked in the hills at the end of a country road. Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

This private accessory unit is attached to our historic brick house, built in 1820. It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. Surrounded by green spaces, from the meadow in the backyard to the community garden across the street, it's still close to area attractions. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

This carefully renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains. You're welcome to bring your dog; please note there is a $75 pet fee for the length of your stay. With direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey Country Club there's lots of fun things to do.

Cozy Log cabin 0.2 miles from Lake Fairlee! This year-round cabin is a cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Just two hours north of Boston, and 30 minutes from Dartmouth, Lebanon, and the White River Junction. Additional amenities: -Clawfoot tub -Outdoor firepit -40 acres of land for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, etc. -dog only friendly for a $40 additional fee -**as of 2/1/23 new oven and dishwasher :)
