Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden. We have an inverter as a back up during load shedding + our own water treatment plant for high quality water directly from the tap, better than any plastic bottled water.

Greenway Cottage

Stunning self contained cottage offering easy access to Strand Beach, the world renowned Cape Winelands, extensive mountain biking and trail running/hiking trails and local shops. The cottage is situated on a family property, but feel free to enjoy the beautiful garden. We have two very friendly dogs who are not allowed in the cottage but have free range of the garden. Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Welcome to Sunbird Cottage, a free standing 2 bedroom unit. The cottage also includes a loft in the open plan area which is furnished with a queen sized bed.
