Also there is a “four seasons” Jacuzzi room, a swing/ wicker furniture to enjoy while watching birds/wildlife in the woods. A gas grill, fire pit and horseshoe pits for your use. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our cabin is located on 120 acres with walking and riding trails and great views. We are within 10 miles of the Clarion river and cook forest state park. Downtown Clarion and Brookville are within 7 miles and offer lots of local and franchise dining options. 4 Wheel drive is a must in the winter months. Come for a relaxing stay and enjoy the outdoors.

Cozy Oaks Cottage

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Wilds lies Cozy Oaks Cottage! This 558 sq. ft. space is the ideal spot to get away with your family and friends. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people
