Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Kingswick Farm Stay

Rustic meets modern in this timber framed cabin. Pine throughout and loads of natural light give a unique feel. A large loft bedroom and a spacious bathroom are highlights. A simple kitchenet with a hotplate make meal preparation easy. Located 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, 15 minutes from the south shore and 25 minutes from the North shore beaches.
