Arrive to an apartment decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home. There is one bedroom with one queen bed, a dresser, a night table and a closet. One full bath with basic amenities for you. The kitchen has a microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, washer/dryer, full range electrical stove, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, pots, liquid dish soap and sponge. Living/dining room area: dining set for 4; queen sofa bed, Cable TV and closet. Wifi is available! no pets policy!

Great amenities in town including tennis, sailing, outdoor yoga, sunbathing, plus nice restaurants. Pedestrian and dog friendly town; you don't even need a car while here.

Perfect for families and group get togethers. Beach amenities are provided, including kayaks, and enjoy a private backyard where you can fire up the BBQ and fire pit. No pets, please.

A beautifully landscaped tranquil oasis. Newly constructed private two bedroom, one bathroom guest extension to owner occupied house. Guests share large yard and pool with owner, and have private deck and seating area. Private entry and parking. Guest's may enjoy outdoor shower and BBQ. Please note there is no kitchen, however a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave, plates/utensils are provided. Conveniently located to beaches, shopping and local restaurants in East Hampton.

The Cozy Little Cottage

Charming guest apartment on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is a good size for 1-2 adults, can fit 3 people if one is a child. The unit is separate from our house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed. We have a twin air mattress for use in the living room.

Recently renovated private guest house with access to swimming pool offers sleeping for eleven in four bedrooms. Tastefully decorated with all amenities. Close to Merritt Parkway and train to Manhattan. This is a natural refuge on eleven very private acres. Large private terrace faces westerly for amazing sunsets and offers a "Plein Air" environment for alfresco meals, cocktails and relaxation. An attached vegetable and flower garden with fountain offer a quiet space to relax and reflect.

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house with use of amenities (shared with our family of 4). The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, micrwave, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY (no children) due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets.

Loft above garage in our backyard. Beautiful views of the canal behind our house and a quick 10 minute drive away from Jones Beach by car. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine.
