Just under 700 square feet on One Bedroom w/2 queens, private bath w/2 person jetted tub and shower , large screen TV, 2 private balconies. Separate living room w/queen day bed, full bath and private balcony. Large screen TV, dining area with ocean view and full kitchen as well. Recent upgrades include new refrigerator, new carpet and new patio furniture.

We are in a historic building once called the Texan. where many of the late 80's and early 90's MTV spring breaks occurred. we have an amazing pool and one of few locations with a Hot Tub. we provide all linens, towels and Beach towels. we provide coffee, creamer, sugar. we have all plates, cups, silverware needed. light construction during daytime hours mon to fri 8-4

Welcome to our our Beautifully Renovated studio located in Daytona Beach Florida. We have an amazing beach/Ocean Front view from the 7th floor. Queen size beds Enjoy our hot tub, This Historic building was made famous as the Texan Hotel in the late 1980's and early 1990's, It was the location for many of MTV's spring break seasons. You can see the entire Daytona pier view. We have a kitchenette with all cooking basics supplied. with coffee, cream, sugar, beach towels supplied, TV with Wifi.

****BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATIONS*** It is a studio apartment room on the 5th floor with 2 queen beds, FREE car parking for one car (they do NOT allow a trailer or RV), FREE Wi-Fi, pool, private access to the beach, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, towels, coffee machine, and TV. We work with self-check-in, which is very easy and comfy for our guests. There is no balcony in this unit. The complex is facing the beach; however, the room does NOT have an ocean view.
