The apartment is two levels with a queen bed and private bathroom upstairs, and a pull out couch downstairs. The ground level includes a living area and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Newer complex, built in 2007. This unit is available for short term vacation rental as this is a family owned/managed unit
