Sunapee Four Season Getaway with a Mountain View

Situated 90 minutes from Boston, our Sunapee Four Season Getaway offers anything you and your group needs whether you are looking for relaxation, activity or a mix of both. Our modern and charming home offers over 2 acres of private space and the enormous backyard extends to a forest preserve (Don't miss fall foliage) overlooking Mount Sunapee. Inside we have plenty of space, activities and hand selected furnishings, including a 7 person hot tub, to accommodate families/ groups of up to 14.

Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

Ski & ride Ragged Mountain or Mt Sunapee. Snowshoe and cross-country ski out the back door. Snowmobile the Northern Rail Trail and miles of groomed trails across the state. Cozy home comfortably sleeps 6. Snuggle up in front of the 2 gas fireplaces. Prepare delicious meals in the country kitchen or go out to local pubs & restaurants. Wine and spirit tasting at local vineyards & distilleries. Shop Tanger Outlets in nearby Tilton. White Mountains and the Green Mountains of VT are an easy drive.

Hideaway Cottages, Cottage A

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

The Oaks - secluded rural estate w/ amazing views

Relax in this private house secluded off a 1,000-ft driveway in the hills of NH overlooking Mt. Ascutney and the Connecticut River valley. This is the 45-acre estate known as "The Oaks" previously owned by painter Maxfield Parrish. Huge oak trees and rocky ledges abound. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Close to Dartmouth College, Woodstock, and ski areas - or just sit on the porch and take in the views. Weddings and reunions can be hosted (tent rentals and catering by others).

Log Cabin on the River w/ Private Hot Tub

This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
