Quiet secure older residential area in the heart of the city. Internet, smart TV, kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Unit is equipped with evaporative cooling plus an additional refrigerated a/c unit in the bedroom.

Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
