Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Common area outside of the guesthouse includes the pool, spa, exercise room, pickle-ball court, bocce court and patio with a gas and an electric BBQs. FOR NO SHARING OF COMMON AREAS—See Below.

Come stay in a beautiful one story home 2000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, located 5 minutes from the airport & Las Vegas Strip. Close to nightlife, public transport & parks. The beds are comfy, the kitchen and rooms are spacious, the backyard is quiet and relaxing, and the ceilings are high. Linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are provided. There are 2 big screen TV for entertainment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) & big groups up to 10.

Luxury Guest Suite

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
