At 350 metres above sea level, the views are simply breathtaking, looking East over Lake Weyba to the coast taking in the beaches of Sunrise, Castaways, Marcus, Peregian and Coolum. The Bicentennial Lookout at the end of our drive offers spectacular vistas to Noosa Heads, Noosa National Park, the Cooloola Coast, as well as the Western view over Eumundi to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Wake up to a magnificent sunrise every day, enjoy the natural wildlife, take a dip in our 90,000 litre resort pool, or bubble away in the 10,000 litre spa with air seats and therapeutic hydro jets. Our rooms are luxuriously appointed with their own en suite bathroom, king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar, TV/DVD/CD, fan, and the property offers free Wi-Fi. Fine top quality bed linen and toiletries provided. We offer a cold continental buffet with a fresh fruit salad, Greek yoghurt, choice of breads, jams and marmalade, choice of cereals, milk and fresh orange juice. Located on the right wing of the house, it accommodates 2 guests and has its own entrance leading into the living area and through to the air-conditioned bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. The house is across from a park with canal access and close to bus stop, Maroochy River, Chamber’s Island and a short drive to CottonTree, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants, cafes and airport.

Guests can use half of the house, have private access to the wrap around verandas and can enjoy the lake view from the comfortable bed or have a relaxing time peddling on the lake in a kayak.
