Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

One of three private units on our 11-acre property. 5 miles from Lake Superior, you’ll be close to some of Minnesota’s top outdoor attractions, including: Gooseberry Falls (13 min), Split Rock Lighthouse (20 min), Gitchi-Gami State Trail. Whether you're hiking, sightseeing, biking, or simply relaxing by the fire, The Fireside offers the ideal base for your North Shore adventure.

Come enjoy simple living in a rustic, cozy cabin on Lake Superior with 180 degrees of unobstructed views. Directly off highway 61 with convenient access to hiking, biking, golfing, skiing and more. Please note, there is NO running water. Sip a cup of coffee in the screened in porch and enjoy your own bonfire at night. Nestled just 65 feet from the lake's crystal-clear waters, this peaceful haven offers year-round tranquility, only 15 minutes from town. Recently renovated with a charming nautical theme, the home is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the expansive sand beach and private dock during warmer months. In winter, the bay location provides an ideal setting for snowshoeing adventures.

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

River Run: Secluded A-frame & Sauna near G Marais

Placed along the gorgeous Fall River, this A-frame cabin has a secluded wilderness feel, just two miles from Grand Marais. Take advantage of Grand Marais' renowned restaurants, shops, and shoreline or relax by your river-side campfire after a day of exploration or relaxation. Enjoy the new sauna and off-grid shower house! Rest or catch up on a good book in the sun-filled and spacious interior, from a hammock between two birch trees, or on the large front deck surrounded by nature.

The Järvi cabin is one of the brand new cabins on the lake at Stay Boreal between Lutsen and Tofte. Featuring full frontal glass overlooking the lake, heated floors, a patio space with a gas firebowl, free level 2 EV charging and even a treehouse sauna. We can't wait to share it with you! This cabin comfortably suits two with a capacity of up to four (1 king bed and 1 murphy style queen bed). It has a smaller, cozy layout.
