Take it easy at our relaxing cabin while taking a step back in time. Located in State Road, NC, our cabin is made of 100-year-old logs by the one and only "Log Whisperer". The "Midnight Moon" is named after the black Quarter Horse "Moon" who joined his Mom in heaven in Dec. 2024. Spirit, our other black QH, remains at the cabin with his cow friends and new goat herd, who often graze the pastures surrounding our cabin. Relax by the fire or enjoy checkers on the porch, just soak it all in.

Guests can drive or hike through the 300 acre farm. The house has a main floor with 3 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, full bathroom, laundry, front porch, back deck and upper driveway. The lower level has 1 bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom, laundry and its own separate entry.
