Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. The Studio

The Studio has an open-plan configuration with en-suite shower room and kitchenette and is located in the centre of Dover town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach. Situated on a small hobby farm with great countryside views, sheep and chickens and near to family-friendly activities. Converted from a garage, the space if fully insulated with double glazed window and is warm and comfortable. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and families of four.

Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

River Road Chalet, Surges Bay

We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. (At the owners discretion) Please make contact with us prior to confirming your booking to discuss the pet you intend to bring.

Wilderness World Heritage Area, including the Hartz Mountains National Park, Hastings Caves Thermal Springs & the Ida Bay historic railway are at your doorstep & the drive from Hobart will take you through the beautiful Huon Valley.
