Our apartment is located a few kilometers south of Poreč, but it's still close to restaurants, beaches, and loads of sights and activities. You’ll love our place because it's cozy, well-equipped, quiet, and comfy, plus high ceilings make our apartment feel airy. Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Casa Mondo

Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198).
