Alma's Bay View Cottage on the Hill

The water shortage in the village from late summer 2025 has been resolved. The Cottage offers the best views of the Bay of Fundy and it’s highest tides in the world you will find anywhere. Just a Short walk to the heart of the village and Fundy Park. New work space added with amazing ocean view, wifi and network cable hookup. The cottage is located on a short quiet lane. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
