The Old Rock House Listed on the Historic Register

Charming Rock House built in 1896. Most all interior furnishings period correct, plus all modern amenities. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, and forced air heat in the bedroom. One full size antique Brass bed. Fold out loveseat for one. Two fridge, microwave, toaster oven. This place will take you back in time! Relaxing. We are corporate friendly. Biker friendly for our two wheel travelers. Plenty of room to pitch a tent. Covered patio for cooking or entertaining. Come and stay with us!

Peace and quiet await you in this off-grid cabin by the lake. Bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy the water or enjoy a book on the porch. The Farm is a short, 15 minutes from Preston, Idaho. Five minutes from three reservoirs for fishing, or water sports. The unpaved road connects directly to scenic trail rides for hiking, biking, or your favorite off-road vehicle. Deer, elk, fox, and a variety of birds are just a few of the common neighbors. Several hot springs are also in the area.

Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

Come find your next adventure and feel at home. Wireless internet and tv! The kitchen does not have an oven or stove.

Step into our magical, repurposed grain bin and experience an alternate reality. The rustic interior, featuring salvaged barnwood, brings a piece of Jackson Hole, Wyoming to this unique homestead. Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).

Bear River Bluff Retreat (private lower level)

Enjoy your own private entrance (back of the home) to the full basement with a view. Large yard! Soak in your own private hot tub, enjoy billiard games and ping pong. Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.

Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.
