Farm View Cottage is a sweet two bedroom one bath small home that sits on a knoll overlooking mountains and our pastures. The cottage offers you privacy and a quiet place to relax. The location finds you just seven miles from Asheville, five to Black Mountain, and three miles from Warren Wilson College. You are close to hiking trails, local breweries and an eclectic choice of Asheville eateries. Biltmore Estate is 20 minutes away. For longer visits there are nearby grocery and pharmacies.

The Perch: Tiny Cottage near AVL and Black Mtn

This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom 200 square ft. tiny cottage is a wonderful, comfortable spot to return to after exploring the nearby areas of Asheville and Black Mountain. Full bath and artistic detailing throughout. One mile from Warren Wilson College and the extensive river trail network. It shares a 1.25 acre lot with our main cabin Airbnb rental (Send request for link) Across from Hidden River Events venue. There is one 2- person bed and a custom-built window bar/desk area. Heat & A/C.

Buckeye Studio is nestled in the country between Asheville and Black Mountain. 800 sf Studio on a 2 acre lot with queen bed and sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge. Private outside seating on porch with beautiful sunset and mountains. You might hear in the distance some farm animals - roosters and donkeys. The Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway are a short distance away. Come enjoy hiking, dining, and local breweries. Please note DRYER is NOT full size.

The Understory: Cabin with Outdoor Tub and Sauna

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Scout’s Den Cottage, very close to Black Mountain.

Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

A fabulous space for two people, this cozy cottage is located only 9.3 miles to the heart of downtown Asheville where you can enjoy locally produced food and beer, fun live music, and a vibrant arts scene. This 800 sq ft home boasts a thoughtfully updated interior and a backyard with a fire pit. There is plenty to see with Black Mountain's Downtown Historic District or the Blue Ridge Parkway also just a short drive away!

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Spruce Fork Cottage

Spruce Fork Cottage is a cozy cabin using some solar energy with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It is a prefect getaway for 1 to no more than 4 people and is within 20 minutes of Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 10 minutes from market/gas. Areas to hike are close by or accessible via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is an hour north on BR Parkway, Carl Sandburg is about an hour South. Everyone is welcome.

This unique place has a style all its own. Welcome to the StAy FrAme, a brand new home that is centrally located between Asheville and Black Mountain! Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen. Catch the sunset from the hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna after a long hike! Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)

The Starling: A Small A-Frame in the Blue Ridge

Feel the mountain breeze in this air inspired rustic A-Frame. Atop the ridge, enjoy year-round views of the mountains from the back porch. Hike up Rhododendron Ridge Trail or cozy up by the wood stove with a book. Start a campfire or listen to the sounds of Bee Tree Creek in the hammock. Nightlife, food, coffee and breweries in Asheville or Black Mountain are 15 minutes away. It's an hour to Great Smokey Mountains National Park!
